IN YOUR OWN WORDS, DESCRIBE WHAT YOU SAW.
"Me and my family saw the object at the North Road cross road (Upper Newtownards Road crossing). The object was very visible and should've been picked up by anything pointing at the sky around 6.34 pm - time of recording. My daughter saw it first while we were sitting waiting at the traffic lights at the North Road (coming from Strandtown Primary to cross over the upper Newtownards Roads, heading towards Orangefield). The object moved too slow to be a plane; it was shimmering; moving in a straight line and it didn't wobble or bobble like a balloon.I grabbed by Huawei P30 Pro and got my wife to film it as I was behind the wheel. She zoomed in and we were even more baffled at what we were looking at, as you can see in the (YouTube) video. The traffic lights changed and the car behind me beeped so we lost track of it, leading to a frustratingly short video. This was very clear and striking, and someone else must have witnessed it. I added a trimmed version of the vid after the 8 second mark and slowed it down to get a better look at the object/lights. The video finishes with two pics from paused and cropped screen grabs."

Investigator comments:
At first glance, it looks like a fixed wing aircraft reflecting sunlight. The distortion in the video doesn’t give clear enough footage to say for certain that this is what it is.
Looking at archived air traffic data, there were no airborne aircraft in the immediate area at that time, with the closest aircraft being a taxiing Boeing 767-204 at Aldergrove airport, registration OY-SRH. It doesn’t look like a balloon in a traditional sense, however the speed of which it was described could suggest it was being carried in the wind - just a thought; not a certainty. With this in mind, and the time in which this was seen, the object remains unexplained.
We will now look into video analysis to see if we can draw out any more information about the object.
